Converted from the original village primary school, this charming country cottage bed and breakfast is located in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park and is right on the West Highland Way. Set in a quiet location close to Drymen centre the Old School boasts stunning panoramic views and lovely gardens. Drymen's historic Village Square is only a few minutes walk. Whether you are walking the Rob Roy Way, the West Highland Way which passes right past our gate, or looking to unwind and explore the National Park and Loch Lomond, the Old School is ideal. We pride ourselves on using locally sourced produce and home grown ingredients including our own preserves and baking wherever possible. There is an excellent choice of village shops and restaurants including fine dining and Scotland's oldest public house all within walking distance. Golf, fishing, hiking, cycling and numerous other activities are available right on the doorstep of the Olod School. Within just a few minutes of Drymen lies Loch Lommond and a wealth of water sports |
