River Barn is unique and quintissentially English.

In addition to the B&B facilities River Barn has a working Post Office, a licenced cafe bar bistro, a gift shop and an arts and crafts galley.

Three peaceful ensuite bedrooms open directly onto the garden, all with TV and coffee and tea making facilities. The river runs along the edge of the property. In the summer months vistors can sit and enjoy a real cream tea or a glass of wine and - if they are very lucky - watch the kingfisher.

In the winter months the River barn itself is warm and welcoming - a glass of mulled wine or a toasted tea cake the order of the day.

River Barn is ideal base for visiting Salisbury with its stunning gothic cathedral, Stonehenge, Bath and Thomas Hardy country.
