 B&B DescriptionThe only 5 Diamond rated guest house in Bowness on Windermere with exceptional views over Lake Windermere and the fells. Each room is individually designed and decorated to the highest standard. All the rooms are en-suite and most of them have stunning views of the lake and mountains. They all have a TV, video (free video library), tea/coffee making and ironing facilities. Whilst you stay with us you receive free membership of the Parklands Country Club that has a swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room, squash courts and a health spa. Why not relax in our lounge and enjoy a drink or two overlooking Lake Windermere while you plan your activity for the days ahead. A selection of maps, books and local guides are provided for your convenience. Alternately let us know what you would like to do and we can obtain prices or book the activity for you. Try something different like a Hot Air Balloon ride over the lakes or a walk with your own personal guide. There is private parking and we are only a couple of minutes walk away from the many shops, restaurants and local attractions of Bowness. One of the highlights of your stay will be our fantastic breakfast. Guaranteed to satisfy even the heartiest of appetites and produced using only the best fresh local produce.
