B&B Description Bryncoed is a Victorian house in the small Powys market town of Rhayader, deep in the heart of Mid-Wales, within easy reach of the rugged Cambrian Mountains and the beautiful Welsh coastline. Rhayader is internationally renowned as the centre of Red Kite Country where these magnificent birds of prey can be seen in the skies above the town.
